Tom Brady

* DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE NOT A SPORTS FAN*

Tom Brady, better known as the best quarterback in NFL history, is ridiculous. In just one playoff game, namely the one against the Broncos this past Saturday night, he threw six touchdown passes (five of which came in the first half- a new NFL postseason record). His accuracy, coupled with his ability to find the correct receiver, makes him such an incredible passer.

Tim Tebow, on the other hand, is a fluke. For his own ego, he intermingles his Christian religion with his football. Maybe that's just why he couldn't win Saturday night- he hadn't been to Church for soix days. But seriously, you see from a quarterback like Tebow, who seems to be a rising all-time star, that only Brady knows how to dominate playoff games.

Brady is also one of the better punters in the NFL. A 48-yard punt with no return is not bad at all, especially given that he only had a shotgun snap (as opposed to a punt snap). Apparently he had been practicing this for ears. I guess once a quarterback is a flawless passer, he needs to improve in something...so why not punting?
Bottom line: Brady is better than any quarterback ever. The stats might not necessarily agree with that yet (I would claim they do agree, but some say they don't). But if you give it a few years and a few more rings (no jinx intended), everyone, everything, and every stat will agree with my contention: Brady is simply the best ever. There are no two ways about it.

On a completely unrelated topic, I would like to conclude by wishing everyone in the US a very happy Martin Luther King Day. This day is a tribute to all the hard work and achievements of the civil rights movement in fighting to give all Americans, regardless of race, full rights. There is a lot we can learn from people like MLK, and we should continue fighting for the equality that we believe in.
